up to 14 days for shipping & pickup

(allow for delays for printing locally on demand)

this is a one woman operation, a small business with low inventory numbers,

and i have a full time job and a busy life aside from muse.

if you are in need of a rush shipping or pickup on a deadline,

please email me and i will aim to accommodate when i am able.

custom projects will be completed & shipped within an agreed upon frame at time of deposit payment.

above times considered before shipping time via Canada Post

if you have not received your package within 2-4 weeks of initial shipping confirmation,

please contact Canada Post and let us know.

muse by mej is not responsible for delivery to an incorrect address as given by the customer,

lost or stolen packages, damages by improper handling, or carrier faults.

for lost or stolen packages please contact canada post or subsequent delivery carriers in the destination country.
